Terms of Use

Erasely is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), together with these terms.
Acceptable use
Only edit photos you own or have permission to edit. You are responsible for your edits. Do not use Erasely to remove watermarks, signatures or other rights information from works you do not have the right to modify, or to infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights.
Purchases
Erasely Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited exports on devices using your Apple Account and members of your Family Sharing group. It is not a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple.
No warranty
Results depend on the photo. Erasely is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
